By using our Platform, creating an account, applying for jobs, enrolling in courses, or using any of our AI tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use JobSkills City. By using our Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

AI TVET Tutor: An interactive feature that helps users learn skills and access resources.

These services may change or expand over time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform without prior notice.

6. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, videos, logos, icons, and software — is the property of JobSkills City or its content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are permitted to view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written consent.

If you upload or submit content (such as resumes, job posts, or course materials), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating our services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, JobSkills City and its affiliates will not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access;
Financial or career losses resulting from use of our Platform.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobSkills City, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to JobSkills City at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.

Upon termination, your right to use our Platform will immediately cease, though certain obligations (like indemnification and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Lagos, Nigeria.
